Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Locations

At this time, ShakerShaker only ships within the United States. We currently do not offer international shipping.

Delivery Estimates

Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times may vary during holidays, launches, or high-volume periods.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at: support@shakershaker.com

We’ll do our best to help resolve the issue quickly.

Returns

30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. Items must be:

  • Unused
  • Clean and undamaged
  • Returned with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used products
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged through normal wear or misuse
Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right. support@shakershaker.com
